1 • Location n° 1: Close to the main Parisian points of interest.
2 • Liquidity of our assets: We must be able to arbitrate easily for rapid repositioning.
3 • Be able to acquire very quickly without loan conditions, most of our acquisitions being made in equity.
Within the office property development market since 1999, after collaborating with big names in the sector, we are now focusing mainly on Paris and its region, seeking the acquisition of good quality office buildings, empty or occupied.
Our knowledge of Parisian real estate as an operator since 1999, and a de facto knowledge of the Parisian hotel industry has enabled us to be able to develop an investment segment linked to hotel real estate.
Our approach consists of identifying tertiary assets that meet specific configuration and location criteria, and restructuring them into hotel accommodation (design and construction phase)
Residential remains a sought-after segment of assets that has interested us more in recent years.
We are mainly looking for residential buildings with opportunities for revaluation.
